We are independent Inventory Clerks offering a complete package of Inventory services to the Residential Lettings market. These include Inventory preparation, Tenant Check-ins, Mid-Term Inspections and end of tenancy Check-Outs.

Our company was formed in October 2000 and we operate in South Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire covering Henley, Marlow, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Slough, Windsor, Sunningdale and Ascot.

Our services are used by many of the well known High Street Letting Agents in this area and also by private Landlords, Property Management companies and Relocation Agents.

We work to the high standards recommended by the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks), ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).

We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
